Abstracts presentation rules
Important
Since all presentations are managed from the audiovisual room, in order to avoid confusions, all speakers (including those who will use their own computer) must go to such room.
Thus, the coordinator will keep record of which presentations are launched via the server and which are not. This is important to keep the room technicians posted.
Authors
Both the first author and the author(s) responsible for presenting the work in the session (oral communications/videos and instructional courses) or defending their poster presentations during the congress must be formally registered.
